In order to process a warranty claim against your bloom product, we will require the following information to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org :
1. Proof of Purchase - your bloom order number / bloom warranty registration number / a copy of the receipt from the retailer of purchase.
2. Model number & colour.
3. Photographs of the damaged parts.
4. Name, Address, Country and Telephone number.
5. A detailed description of the claim.
Once your information is received it will take a minimum of 7-10 business days for processing. Additional information may be required at which time a bloom member will contact you.
